This house is an adorable bungalow with water rights to Pachaug Pond. I bought it in 2003 and replaced 2 sliding doors with Pella double pane argon insulated doors. The roof was completely stripped and redone summer 2006, and a new septic system was put in last fall. It has oil heat, but also a fireplace with insert (2005) upstairs and wood stove downstairs. The bathroom is very large and has a washer and dryer and vinyl flooring, the kitchen has ceramic tile, dishwasher and ceramic top stove. The fridge, washer and dryer were all purchased in 2003. The house currently has a vibrant color scheme, but I would be willing to paint it more subdue for a motivated buyer.
