I moved to Virginia for my job and am looking for a subletter for my downtown apartment! You can sublet starting immediately and the month of April has already been paid for. My lease ends on the 31st of August. Located on the 5th (top) floor of the Muse building with the Artistry Apartments, I have a view of the pool from my balcony area. The apartment has 1 bed and 1 bath with granite counter tops, high efficiency washer/dryer in unit, hardwood floors and carpets, tall ceilings, a large walk in closet, and many other amenities. The floor plan is Camille if you are interested in looking on their website. I think mine is 598sf. The community has a rooftop, infinity pool, two gyms that are really big for an apartment complex, several lounge areas, and a dog park with some training obstacles. More of the amenities can be found at their website: Monthly rent is $1270 though trash, water, and sewer is added to the bill and depends on how much you use but has been around $37-$44 per month. Parking for one car in the Denison parking garage down the street is $85 for one car and I think $125 for a second one. I currently pay for one. Electricity is through IPL and I have personally paid anywhere from $40-$75 per month using the 100% green option. Internet and TV is with Spectrum. I currently pay $49.99/month for 60mb internet. You can transfer that to your name or have me cancel and set up your own service package. There is an application fee for any pets along with a monthly pet rent. You will have to talk to the office to add a pet to the lease. Artistry charges a $50 application fee. I will pay their fee for switching the name on the lease. I have paid everything for April so you will be responsible for all rent and utility fees from May through August. But you can move in ASAP and take advantage of the first month being free!
