Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to cancellation without refund. No cats are allowed. If the hot tub is not kept clean, a $250 fine will be assessed. Please remove shoes indoors to help keep the home clean. Underage drinking or drug use, parties or large gatherings, and unauthorized guests are strictly prohibited.
