The home is fully furnished and is in a quiet neighborhood. Gym area included, weights/bench, squat rack, treadmill, and rowing machine. All utilities are included. This is a 2 month rental ONLY from January 26th- April 5th. Sorry, no pets allowed. The rental price reflects the need for your help with caring for our two indoor cats that stay in our home while we travel. This is a 2 month ONLY lease (1/26/25 through 4/5/2025).
