The Master is very spacious and has a double vanity in the bathroom with a walk in closet. The other two bedrooms are a nice size and the bathroom is located right outside of those rooms. The downstairs is an open floor plan with a gas fireplace, a half bathroom and an attached garage. Cumming is approximately half an hour from Atlanta with no traffic. Less than 3 miles away are Walmart, Home Depot, Petco, IHop, Dollar Store and every fast food restaurant you can think of! Your Lease will be for one year. There will be a charge of $45 for a background check. This is a no smoking Townhouse. Any smoking by you or your guests must be done outside. The driveway fits two cars and the garage one car. There is guest parking across the street. If you have a pet, a non-refundable pet security deposit of $600 will be required. I will pay the HOA dues. The garbage, electric and gas bill are your responsibility. As with most HOA's, if you break the rules, I have the right to terminate your Lease any time before the expiration. If you incur any fines with the HOA they are your responsibility and must be paid before moving out. I will be responsible for repairing all appliances except the refrigerator. If the refrigerator that's in the townhouse dies, replacing it will be your responsibility. If you ever have to replace it, it will belong to you. Putting out roach bait should be done once a month.
