Our one bedrooms are starting at *$799 and 2/2â??s starting at $950 and 3/2â??s starting $1150. We do offer short term leases, furnished units, garages and storage units as well. All breeds are welcomed at Palmetto at Oakleaf Plantation. For one pet it is a $300 deposit and for two pets it is a $500 deposit (half refundable). Right now we are also running a special on our move in fees. For one person it would normally cost $400 but if you like our facebook page we will waive half off all fees for a total of $200
