Additionally, the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or experiences. Optional services like mid-stay cleanings and early check-in or late checkout are available for additional fees. No outside guests are allowed without permission and one towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay, with quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.
