Minutes/bike-able to CSU and Old Town and a short walk to Spring Park! It is in a very clean and well kept neighborhood. There is an elementary school right across the street that you can use when school isn't in session (summers and after school days). Amenities include washer/dryer, stove top/oven, refrigerator, and central heating and a/c. Make a fire and some smores in the back yard at night or sit in the front yard and watch the sunset! There is a wood burning fireplace in the living room for those cold winter nights as well! Utilities will be in my name. They average around $200 per month so I will collect that on top of rent.
