There is parking for up to 3 cars available for an extra 50 a month (30 a month for students). The house is located 5-10 minutes from the bus stop and 15-20 mins from the O-train line 2. It is next to a nice park and close to a walkway to easily access bank street within 5-10 minutes. We are male Carleton University students looking for other students or young professionals. Each room is only available for a single person. Families will not be allowed. Sublet or lease assignment available for June to August with the option of extension after.
