The tenant accepts the property in clean, satisfactory condition and agrees to return it in similar condition (except for normal wear and tear). Tenants are responsible for damage beyond normal use, including stains, holes, or burns.

Tenants may not paint, install fixtures, or make any alterations (including adhesives or large nails) without the landlord's written permission.
Daily Upkeep:
Tenants must dispose of trash properly and keep common areas clean. They are responsible for unclogging kitchen and bathroom drains caused by improper use, and for any damage or plumbing expenses resulting from clogged or overflowing fixtures.
