The living space includes a 43" Roku Smart TV, a reading chair, a writer's desk with a vintage typewriter, and a telescope for stargazing. The full kitchen is equipped with a breakfast bar, all cookware and utensils, a popcorn maker, a coffee station, and a cocktail bar with custom Hemingway glasses. The condo offers free parking, but trailers, boats, and jet skis are not allowed. Early check-ins and late check-outs are available on a conditional basis, with fees applicable. Pets are not allowed, except for service animals with prior notice and approval, subject to a $100 pet fee. Unauthorized pets incur a $250 penalty per pet and possible reservation cancellation without refund.
