SMALL dog ONLY (under 50 lbs). $25 extra per month for a dog. Per our Insurance Company...Under no circumstances can you have any of the following dogs - NO EXCEPTIONS Akita - Chow - American Staffordshire Terrier - Bull Mastiff - Doberman - Pit Bull - Presa Canario - Rottweiler - German Shepherd - Wolf Hybrid OR any mix of these dogs. NO CATS AT ALL due to severe allergies, sorry. Please send a message if you are interested. Once I receive your message I will contact you regarding the showing information. Once you see the house and are still interested, you MUST fill out the Zillow application that has a link in the listing. Please fill it out in its entirety. If there are two people going on the lease, then both people need to fill out an application. I will review all applications and let you know if you are being considered or not. This process will take SEVERAL days as I anticipate receiving a LOT of applications. Please be patient. **We never list our rentals on Marketplace so please do not fall for any scams.
