Furnished and pet friendly, nestled in our 14 acre pecan orchard, you can enjoy the countryside while being 10 minutes away from San Marcos and in between Austin and San Antonio! There's 2 lofts, one with a queen bed and one with a sofa twin bed. Downstairs is a living room with a sofa that turns into a queen bed. Bed could also be placed downstairs if desired. Furniture that is included: Refrigerator, washer/dryer combo, microwave, Queen size mattress with base, smart TV, living room sofa bed, dining table and 2 chairs, dresser drawer, countertop electric oven, outdoor patio tables with chairs, grill and string lights. If you don't want or need an item, we can remove it from the Casita. Rent includes water, sewer, trash service and landscaping. Electricity is metered and is paid separately. Fully furnished.
