Each house is approximately 1600 sq feet in size and built exactly the same. Each house has four bedrooms and two bathrooms located upstairs. The bedrooms are identical in size and so are the bathrooms. Downstairs there is a living room, laundry room, half bath, kitchen and dining room. Both houses come fully furnished. Each of the four bedrooms has a queen-sized bed, desk, chair and large screen TV. The living room has a queen size sofa bed, large screen TV, PlayStation 5 or Xbox Series X video game console with games. There are two electric car chargers located in parking area behind the houses. The kitchen in each house comes stocked with plates, bowls, cups, cooking pots, pans, forks, knives, etc. There is also a bar located in the dining room with wine glasses, koozies and bottle openers. Ideal location for students looking to have their own furnished space with amenities included. All utilities and high speed Internet are included in price of rent.
