Pursuant to the City of Tempe Code (Section 16A-219) we will conduct a national sex-offender check on the booking guest for short-term stays. Any confirmed sex offender status shall be cause for cancellation of the reservation. We use third-party provider Truvi as part of our guest screening process. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. As a condition of booking our property we require the booking guest to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver ($35) via third party provider Truvi, which will protect you and your guests in case of accidental damage of up to $500 during your stay.
