Great room for student or professional. This house is a cozy 2 bedroom cottage style home in the heart of Lake City and you will be renting one of the rooms in the house. Periodically we may have short term renters in the second bedroom, but a lot of the time will will have the entire house to yourself. Plenty of parking in front and the house is fully furnished. Kitchen has everything you'll need and washer and dryer too! Month to month only and we just ask for security deposit ($500) and first months rent to move in ($700). So $1200 total. Bathroom is large too! Photos show a queen size bed in the room, but you need to bring your own bed for your bedroom, that is all that is not provided for sanitary reasons.
