You get two (2) upstairs bedrooms (300 sqft total) , 1 full bathroom, one garage space (small car), outdoor parking and lots of storage. The condo of course is fully furnished (you must supply your own bed, food and linens). You will have one "seasoned" female roommate (home owner) who is VERY self-sufficient, active, kind, very tidy and most importantly she is MY FRIEND who is my top priority when finding her a roommate!! 1. 12 month lease 2. No pets preferred 3. Must be clean, quiet, respectful, honest, and kind...male OR female!! 4. Must have great references, background, verified/steady employment and trustworthy 5. You must be able to be around the furry roommate. A 100%, shed free, happy and hypoallergenic dog. See pics! *Please Note* All potential tenants must complete the application process that includes a thorough background and credit check at a cost to the applicant. I can not emphasize the fact that my #1 top priority is finding a tenant that is 100% compatible with the homeowner!! She is my good friend and she is the top priority...PERIOD!
