Cute, bright house with fantastic views! This is a recently totally renovated house in good shape, with a recent deck repair as well. This makes is a perfect place to sit outside, relax and enjoy life. It has two parking spots, one being the garage (see pictures), the other being a paved parking pad on the side of the house. Please note that you need to be able to climb stairs to live in this house. Also no smoking/vaping anywhere on the property. The pictures (of the inside) are a combination of the current pictures and some from a prior tenant to give you an idea of design possibilities, so hopefully that does not cause any confusion. The space itself is the same, of course! The house has central heating and AC. As far as tours go, as the house is occupied (with great tenants), thus I need to clear showing times with my current tenants.
