Tenant agrees to take responsibility of disposing large amounts/oversized recycling or garbage that will not fit into the container. Tenant agrees to allow landlord/repair persons access to premise (changing furnace filters monthly, electrician, plumber, contractor as needed). Landlord will provide notification to tenant whenever possible. Tenant agrees to put out and pick up garbage and yard waste bins weekly, and recycling bin every other week on Wednesdays. Cleaning fee of $250 and walkthrough required at the end of the lease.
