Studio C has a private full bathroom! 12 Month Lease option. NO PETS! Utilities are included in the rental rate. This includes: water, trash, electric, gas, central a/c and heat, and Wi-Fi! A $50 monthly cleaning/restocking fee will be charged in addition to rent. Our professional cleaning team will clean the shared bathrooms and the kitchen. We will also restock toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and dish soap in the shared spaces.
