Monthly rental on a week to week notice depending destructive nature of the art made. 750$ a month with no extra security deposit and no last months rent required. 750$ a month on a week to week basis until we know your art work etc. fits. Shorter artist in residence stays available. Just bought this 1865 gold brick house with a security system as my new studio and am looking to collaborate on a tour. 48$ a night rental is also available to amend the 750$ as needed for extra visitors and artwork etc. if it is needed. 750$ a month gets you a room and open studios etc. to make artwork etc.. There is no extra deposit or first months rent that is included. It is 750$ a month but is set on a week to week basis initially (to only make sure your artwork etc. is not in too destructive).
