Looking for monthly renters with an included insurance, cleaning, and pet fee updated every three months. Each unit is fully furnished with two sleeping spaces one in the bedroom and one in the living space with a pullout sofa. One TV is provided in the living area as well as all linens and kitchen furnishings needed during your stay. This location is perfect for workers looking for a temporary stay during jobs scheduled in the area as well as for small groups coming down for a getaway in the coastal bend. Please note this property is currently under renovations and not all property is open for guest use. Parking is limited to two cars per single units and one car per double unit. Please inquire about parking if more space is needed. Pets are accepted per owner approval but a heavy leash policy and requirement to clean up after pet is required. MOVE IN SPECIAL 200 OFF RENT FOR ALL FIRST TIME RENTERS. This is a fully furnished cabin. All bills are included with the rent. This includes WIFI, Water, and Electricity. We require insurance to be renewed every three months at $40 per three-month term. All pets MUST receive approval from the owner with a strict clean-up and leash policy while on property. Cleaning fees are required upon move in and cleaning will be scheduled every three months. Cleaning will be a $100.00 fee. Monthly rent is due the first day of every month and late by the second, all late rent is grounds for termination if communication that has not been made to CBPM for late rent payments. This is your responsibility, not the management company's. If rent is not paid by the 3rd of each month locks may be changed and personal items will be packed and left outside the unit for pick up. All porches are to remain free of personal items, not BBQ pits, or open flames are permitted on porches. This property has a strict no-smoking policy smoking inside the homes is grounds for immediate termination. Fines may be distributed if an excess of cigarette butts are found on the grounds around cabins. Please dispose of all cigarette butts in a trash receptacle preferably outside only. There is a two-car limit on all standalone units and a one-car limit on all duplex-style units. Each member of the party staying in the units must sign a terms and conditions policy paper before entry is permitted into the units.
