This home has all the amenities and new smells of a newly constructed home, but with the good bones of a 1900 built house that has lots of character. This home has all new plumbing, electrical, furnace, vinyl siding, windows, doors, and all new drywall as well. So many to list. Much attention was applied to many of the details of this home. First of many being the 120- year- old refurnished solid oak pocket door, secondly the original restored stair railing, and thirdly a custom- built breakfast nook constructed with reclaimed red oak flooring from this home. Homes are not built with that type of material anymore. Fun fact: many times, while working in the home we found old newspapers dated in the 40's, books published in the 50's, and some old hand written letters. We didn't find any hidden treasure though. Lol! With a newer roof and a garage that has room for a man cave, built within the last ten years, what more could you ask for? The brand new kitchen with granite counter tops has a new Kitchenaid dishwasher, built in microwave/ hood, and a large 1 1/4 horse power garbage disposal. Every room has a ceiling fan, too. You will also enjoy the beautiful sunset view out the upstairs window loft area. It's awesome! This is a must see! Call or text, Frank, for further information or for a viewing at 937-613-4006. ( No RENT TO OWN.) (The Zestimate is outdated by about 15 years and was given on the old specifications of the home. The process to get an updated estimate was labor intensive and a lot of paper work. We have contacted professionals and this was the price suggested compared to the comps in our area. Because of the quality of the workmanship and it basically being a new home it has a greater value and should qualify for a VA loan.) Thank you!
