The home is located at the end of a quiet one lane road. It is a safe property with all tenants having a background check and no complaints as of yet with any unsafe issues. The property has not flooded. The property is less than 10 minutes from I-69. The home has an area for a washer and dryer but you would need to provide your own. I will schedule open home times for viewing of the home. I live quite a distance from this home, if you are wanting to view the home on a different time and date then verification of income would need to be provided. Water/sewer and trash is included with rent. If you decide to apply for the lease a $30 application fee for credit/background check for each adult will be charged, this payment will be made after verification of income and after you have viewed the home. $1,200 deposit plus first month's rent of $1,210 will be required. I live quite a distance away from this home so verification of income is required before setting a time to see the home. I will also have open home viewings that will not require verification of income. I can work with most credit and if you have issues with your credit than I higher deposit may be required.
