LEASE TERMS: Tenant is responsible for all utilities and gardening. Lease term is 1 year, followed by month-to-month. Security deposit of 1 month's rent is due within 24 hours of qualifying. First month's rent is due at move-in. Lease must start within 2 weeks of approval. Pets are allowed with a fee: +$50/mo for each pet, up to 3 pets. No additional pet deposit is required. APPLYING: Application forms will be provided by request following the appointment. Each adult (18 and over) must submit an application, photo ID, and proof of income. Undocumented income cannot be counted. Application fee is $25 per adult. Applications are submitted by email, and tenant screening usually takes 1-3 business days.
