Parking: there is no off-street parking here. However, this street (Myrtle Ave) is a rarity as there is plenty of street parking. The apartment sits on the West side of Myrtle Ave and there are no houses/apartments on the East side of Myrtle Ave which creates an abundance of parking spaces. This is rare in Hermosa Beach but it is a nice plus for those who choose to live here. You will need to obtain annual street parking permits from the City of Hermosa Beach at about $60/permit. Owner pays for Water and Trash. Renter pays for electric and gas. Parking is on street. Permits through the city, which is a quick easy process. Plenty of good street parking.
