The house is a shared house with up to three adults renting rooms in the house at a time. The room includes a Kind bed, nightstand, refrigerator, entertainment stand, flat screen tv and microwave. The room is the only one of the three that is located upstairs. The bathroom is also located upstairs, just outside the bedroom. The common areas include a living room, kitchen, back yard and screened back porch.
