The closets are on the small side. If you're into minimalism, you will be happy. Stunning view from the living room, overlooking the hills and adjacent freeway. Vaulted ceilings in the dining room, kitchen and living room. Tile floors throughout. A stove is included. A refrigerator will be provided if needed. Washer and dryer hookups are available in a small room under the house. There is no a/c and there is an unheated pool.... the pool is on the lower half of the property down a hillside, so you need to use caution if you decide to use the pool. There is a fireplace in the living room but it is not to be used due to safety concerns. What you see is what you get. If something breaks we'll fix it but there are no plans to modernize the space.
