This is a furnished one bedroom apartment at the back of the primary house (sharing a common wall). The bedroom and bathroom are good sized and comfortable. The other room is an all purpose room- housing a washer/dryer, medium sized kitchen table, desk, loveseat, tv, kitchen sink, countertop and cabinets. The kitchen is small but functional- two burner induction stove and microwave, but no oven. There is a nice, desert landscaped common yard and a small private yard as well. Small to medium sized dogs are welcome as long as they are good with other people and other dogs. This is a very comfortable, very quiet and well maintained apartment in a nice neighborhood. This apartment best suited a single person, but could accommodate a couple since there are two sitting areas (a recliner in the bedroom and a loveseat in the family room). All utilities are split- water based on number of tenants in the separate units, electricity based on the square footage of the unit and preferred temperature settings (each unit has its own thermostat).
