Some properties have security cameras installed outside for your safety and protection. There is no shower in the Master Bathroom. From March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors.
