I've planted many trees so that as they grow, they will shade the property (hopefully your future home) from the Arizona heat and give a dimension to our property that is different than others. I want my tenants to be proud of where they live. - The kitchen is beautiful and looks like it's from a million-dollar home. - They all have a private backyard. - There are washer and dryer hook-ups, you can bring your own units or rent them from us. Here are some important points to understand about me and my process: * All the units are on lock-box, so easy to see and view. However, before anyone sees the units, we need to talk, so please call. Let's see if we are a fit for each other. * You don't need the perfect credit score. If you are a hard-working person, I can look beyond a credit score. * If you don't have all the money for a security deposit, that's fine too.
