This site helps you check your account, pay rent, request and/or schedule maintenance and repairs, make and/or submit complaints and claims, and more. - To request an apartment in our building, you must fill out an application, which costs $50.00. - Utilities are not included in the rent; the applicant or tenant is responsible for them. - We have garbage service every week. - We have snow removal in the winter.
