We have updated this Rental to allow 2 cats or 2 dogs under 40 lbs. It does have a fully fenced backyard. There is a Non Refundable $550 pet fee plus $35 rent added per pet per month up to 2 pets. The Property will include (not pictured), Range/Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher and Refrigerator Washer and Dryer Hookups are there but those machines are responsiblity of Renter. This is a non-smoking property including outside. Renter will be required to show proof of renters insurance. We will accept applications once the home is complete. Utilities are the responsibility of the tenant. LES= Electric, Black Hills= Natural Gas, Lincoln Water, Trash of Renters Choice. 1 Year Lease Required. 2 Year Preferred.
