The home is a duplex, this unit is the one on the top floor, but the private entrance is on the main floor. The home has another backyard cottage that is used by the owner periodically. Gas and electrical bill will be paid directly by the tenants to utility companies. The water, sewer & garbage is billed to the owner & averages $175/month and will be billed by the owner. There is a $250 non-refundable cleaning fee & first and last month is required as well as a $1000 deposit. Our screening criteria will be a credit check at tenants expense. A reusable tenant screening report is acceptable.
