It is a very comfortable 2/2 home in an ultra safe EGR neighborhood close to everything including bus routes and Calvin College! Both BR's are upstairs and an office downstairs. I am a single guy that travels a lot during the winter. The rental time frame would be six months from mid Oct till mid April. It can be seen almost anytime in the next couple weeks.
