The maximum number of house guests must equal the maximum number of sleeping accommodations this home allows for eight guests. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am, during those hours noise must be kept below 65 db. A noise detector has been installed in the house to notify you if the sound has reached a level that could disturb the neighbors. There is a Ring camera at the front door and active security cameras located at the front of the house and inside the garage for safety and security.
