(Each applicant shall be required to complete a rental application. Once accepted ,each applicant will be required to complete a credit and background check. The final acceptance of the tenant will be made by the landlord. Very Good Condition Owner pays for heat and hot water. $20 application fee goes towards credit/background check. No smoking.
