Furnished: it has Ethan Allen and Crate and Barrel leather chairs and mid-century desk, big screen TV, Crate and Barrel mango wood dresser, and two upholstered bar stools. You have a private entry and although the lower half of one wall is connected to the main house, it feels separate as you are above the main house. There are no washer/dryer hookups and no oven. There is off-street parking for mid-size vehicle and a small dog less than 20 lbs. or a cat is negotiable. You are free to drive by. Please do not disturb the tenant.
