Apologies for the mess in the image, once you decide to move in everything will be cleaned and painted, the apartment is a 3 bed, you'll have one bedroom out of the three and a private bathroom, there is a patio and fully working kitchen, in home washer dryer unit. Animals are allowed but do require a $300 deposit and a $30 fee monthly along with the rent. Currently the apartment is vacant and can be rented by 2 others as well if you'd like to bring your own roommates. The room can be rented by a couple, but will cost about $1,200 for rent plus $50 for utilities. If you are a student they offer student housing rates. The apartment is about 10-15 minutes from the city and is in a gated community with gated parking. Located at The Villas Denver Co. There is nothing wrong with the apartment, I am just looking to find a place further from the city. Not sure of the date available yet, once someone wants to move in, then we will start moving out and get you the date you can move in, which would be as soon as possible.
