Electric car charging requires a power supply meter, which is the tenants responsibility to purchase and the power usage will be added to the monthly utility cost, as determined by the power purveyor. No smoking of any kind on the property including outdoors. The apartment is internet ready. You can choose any of the following: Ziply Fiber Optic service, Xfinity or service from T-Mobile or Verizon. Utilities for 1 or 2 persons is $ 195.00 per month, utilities for 3 people is $295.00 per month, utilities for 4 people is $395.00. No projection type televisions are permitted. No waterbeds. Prospective tenants who make an appointment to see the unit and do not show up without contacting the landlord/agent at least 30 minutes in advance will not be considered for this unit. Quiet hours are 8pm-8am. $2,105 per month for 1 or 2 persons, $3,305 per month for 3 persons, $4,505 per month for 4 persons. First month and damage/ security deposit for 1 or 2 people. First month, last month and damage/security deposit is required for 3 or 4 occupants. The deposit is equal to 1 month rent respectively. A completely refundable damage/security deposit is equal to one month of rent , except $300.00 is a nonrefundable cleaning deposit for 1 or 2 persons. The nonrefundable deposit is $400.00 3 persons and $500.00 for 4 persons. A single pet is allowed on a case-by-case basis. Either 1 cat or 1 dog (maximum 35 lbs), on a case by case basis. Do not assume your pet is allowed. A refundable $500. pet deposit is required. A credit and background check is required for each adult prospective tenant. The cost of the background/credit check will be paid to the landlord/landlord agent prior to the check being performed. A reusable credit screening is not permitted. Prospective tenants must have a credit score of 700 minimum. Tenant income must be 3x the monthly rent. Each unrelated adult will have to show they can pay for the entire rent each month--using the income and credit scores mentioned here. No subletting is permitted, including persons the tenants may offer to stay with them for free. Guests staying over 3 nights must have written permission from the landlord/landlord agent.
