No Smoking Policy Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit, in any enclosed common areas, or within 25 feet of any entry, window, or ventilation intake, pursuant to the Illinois Smoke-Free Act (410 ILCS 82). This includes tobacco, marijuana, and electronic vaping devices. Violations are subject to lease termination and/or financial penalties.
