The neighborhood is friendly and quiet, too, with many original owners. Natural, original hardwood floors grace the main level throughout. These floors were recently refinished in April 2010. Ash cabinetry in the kitchen provides a naturally bright accent. Many of the windows are new from 2007 and double-pane. Vinyl siding was installed in 2006. The basement is fully finished and modern, with outlets, phone jacks and cable attachments in every room. Discreet panels can be easily moved to access water, electrical, cable, and phone junctions for ease of repair/upgrade. The roof was replaced fully in 2003. There is also a brand-new automatic sprinkler system installed in 2009. The system includes a wireless rain sensor and will automatically adjust the cycle so that the lawn is not double-watered.
