It comes with a full bathroom and kitchen as well as washer and dryer and 2 parking spots in the driveway. There is a separate bedroom that can also be rented out if interested. The owner pays for water, the only amenities payed for by leaser is electricity, gas and wifi which is around $60 a month. There are no pets allowed with some exceptions for service animals. Garbage and plowing is taken care of by owner and washer and dryer are located in the basement. There is some extra room in the basement for storage.
