This is a four unit apartment building that has separate entrances to each unit. It is near West 21st and Myrtle, which is just a few blocks down from St. Vincent Hospital. This is a two bedroom, one and a half bathroom apartment for rent. It is cleaned and ready to go. It does come with the kitchen appliances. There are no washer and dryer hook ups. There is street parking out front. Many new recent changes, including the bathroom and new carpeting. Tenant pays all utilities. You will need to get the gas and electric switched into your name. There will also be a sewer water and trash bill quarterly for each tenant in the building. We are looking for a one year lease. We do have applications at the showing they are going to be $20 per applicant. We are looking for at least a one year Minimum lease. The applicant should have proof of income, no evictions on their credit report. And be able to come up with security deposit and first months rent. We would like to get last months rent also.
