We have implemented stringent policies to safeguard residents with severe allergies to perfumes, strong cooking odors that linger in the air, smoke, incense, pet dander, essential oils, scented candles, air fresheners, certain cleaning products, and fabrics. Palomares Canyon Estate Rules and Restrictions No removal or rearranging of furniture; no repositioning beds No commercial use, subletting, or AirBNB solicitation Please ensure that no additional commercial or business waste is disposed of on the property. Minimal boxes are acceptable. If additional waste is generated, there will be extra charges. Strict adherence to house/ranch rules for safety No smoking on any part of the property (no exceptions) No pets inside the property or on the property No drugs or drama Limited parking to residents and only authorized vehicles permitted Private and secure double gated estate with strict security protocols Minimal company is preferred. Occasional overnight guests are allowed with prior written request and permission, and may incur a guest fee. An advance 10-day request is required as the owner must be on the property during these times. The house is absolutely gorgeous views, and is furnished amazingly. The owner is very strict with rules, but this helps to keep the place extremely exclusive. This place is extremely sanitary and clean especially the accommodations. If you are a traveling nurse a military person or just somebody who is looking for long term accommodations, I would recommend this place. I would make sure to request an interview with the owner and understand all the rules because they are extremely strict but this helps maintain absolutely good security and operational flow for the property. There are two beautiful horses on site, J and R. They are absolutely the nicest horses and its so fun to walk down and meet with them.
