There is not a separate entrance but the entrance to the unit is steps away from the home's main entrance. There is plenty of natural light in this unit and it is tucked in a beautiful neighborhood. There is a swimming pool available during summer and a hot tub open during winter. There is a pulley weight machine and a stationary bike available in the family/tv room and the couch pulls out to a bed which unlike most couch/beds is comfortable. :-) We prefer one person with only one vehicle as the parking space is limited. Utilities included.
