This house is right next to Interstate 90 at Exit 350. One bedroom on main floor and three bedrooms on 2nd floor. The house with some other buildings are enclosed by a fence on about 1.5 acres, this can be rented for $1,500 a month. There is an older well which has not been used in years, plus rural water. All tenants who we have rented to have used the rural water. Pets are allowed with a $500 pet deposit as well as an additional $25 per animal added onto the monthly rent.
