A $250 penalty applies if noise levels or other behavior require a police callout, and a $100 penalty for leaving trash outside the entrance. Damage to the property will result in a pro-rated chargeback from your booking account. Check-out is at 10 AM, and a late check-out without authorization will incur a night-rate cost penalty.
