The primary bedroom has a private bathroom and also has a private deck to enjoy your mornings with a cup of your favorite beverage. The washer and dryer are also on this floor. The second bedroom is at the end of the hallway. The is also the association in-ground pool which overlooks the lake and a private access to the lake. Application fee is $40.00. Credit, Background and Employment checks done and are subject to Owners approval. No Smoking or Vaping on the premise. Owner will allow a dog, subject to Owners approval and a $50.00/month fee. Tenant is responsible for all utilities, including Electric, Propane, Internet/Cable. Renters insurance is required.
