Bathroom is updated with a large shower with fantastic water pressure; lots of countertop space. The addon sunroom with its own updated (2024) A/C unit expands the existing square footage to allow for a 3rd bedroom, office, or covered patio. More patio was created in 2023 with a large paved stone area out back which includes the use of a fire pit and a high end gas grill.
